Please read this document carefully before enrolling. By enrolling in the programme, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to all terms below.

1. Programme Overview

Break Out of the Intermediate Plateau. This Season. (the "Programme") is an online ski coaching programme provided by Alpine Tutorials Ltd. It provides educational materials including tutorial videos, self-assessment checklists, ski drills, practical on-snow challenges, and a community group, designed to help intermediate skiers progress toward advanced skiing.

2. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU MUST UNDERSTAND

SKIING IS DANGEROUS. PEOPLE ARE SERIOUSLY INJURED AND KILLED SKIING EVERY YEAR.

This Programme includes suggested on-snow drills, exercises and challenges — including skiing black runs, mogul fields and other challenging terrain. These suggestions are generic educational content produced for a mass audience. George Treble and Alpine Tutorials Ltd cannot see you ski, cannot assess your individual ability, fitness or readiness, and cannot determine whether any specific drill, challenge or terrain is appropriate for you personally.

You and you alone are responsible for every decision you make on the mountain. You and you alone are responsible for assessing whether you are physically capable, technically ready, and in appropriate conditions to attempt any drill, challenge or terrain suggested in this Programme. If you are unsure, do not attempt it.

No content in this Programme constitutes a personal recommendation that you specifically should attempt any particular challenge or terrain. The graduation challenges — including skiing a black run and skiing a mogul field — are goals to work toward only when you personally feel ready. They are not instructions to attempt these immediately or without proper assessment of your own ability and the conditions.

3. Assumption of Risk

By enrolling in the Programme, you fully and voluntarily acknowledge and accept that:

• Skiing and snowboarding involve serious inherent risks and dangers that may result in accident, injury, illness or death
• These risks exist regardless of the skill level of the participant or the quality of instruction received
• Risks include but are not limited to collision with other skiers or objects, avalanche, falls, equipment failure, variable and unpredictable snow and weather conditions, and the physical demands of skiing steep, icy, mogulled or off-piste terrain
• The on-snow drills and challenges suggested in this Programme carry real physical risk
• You assume full and complete responsibility for all risks associated with your participation in any skiing or snowboarding activity undertaken in connection with this Programme

4. Generic Instruction Disclaimer

The tutorials, drills, challenges and educational content in this Programme are designed for general educational purposes and produced for a wide audience of intermediate skiers. Alpine Tutorials Ltd:

• Cannot observe, assess or evaluate your individual skiing ability, fitness, health or readiness
• Does not make any personal recommendation that you specifically should attempt any particular challenge, drill or terrain
• Does not guarantee that following this Programme will result in any specific improvement or outcome
• Is not responsible for how you interpret or apply any content in this Programme

You are strongly advised to seek additional guidance from a qualified instructor before attempting any challenging terrain or drill you are unsure about. This Programme is not a substitute for in-person professional instruction.

5. Participant Liability Waiver

In consideration of being permitted to access and participate in the Programme, I hereby:

Release and Waiver of Liability

I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Alpine Tutorials Ltd, George Treble, their employees, agents, contractors, affiliates and any other associated parties (collectively the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death arising from my participation in the Programme or any skiing or snowboarding activity I undertake in connection with it, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

Indemnification

I further agree to INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS the Released Parties from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising from my participation in the Programme or any skiing or snowboarding activity I undertake in connection with it.

Acknowledgement

I confirm that:

• I am physically fit and capable of participating in skiing activities
• I have no medical condition that makes skiing inadvisable without professional medical clearance
• I am at least 18 years of age
• I will not attempt any drill, challenge or terrain suggested in this Programme unless I personally judge myself ready and capable of doing so safely
• I understand that skiing is dangerous and I voluntarily accept all associated risks
• I have read this entire document and agree to be bound by it

6. Insurance

Alpine Tutorials Ltd strongly recommends that all participants hold comprehensive personal insurance covering skiing accidents, personal injury, medical expenses and mountain rescue costs before undertaking any skiing activity. Alpine Tutorials Ltd accepts no responsibility for any costs arising from injury, accident or rescue.

7. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age. By enrolling you confirm you meet this requirement.

8. Intellectual Property

All Programme materials including videos, images, documents and challenges are the intellectual property of Alpine Tutorials Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. Modifications

Alpine Tutorials Ltd reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Programme constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

PARTICIPANT LIABILITY WAIVER — CONFIRMATION

By enrolling in the Programme and checking the acceptance box at checkout, I confirm that I have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, the Participant Liability Waiver, and the Privacy Policy in their entirety. I confirm that I am voluntarily agreeing to these terms and have not been coerced or pressured. I understand that skiing is dangerous and I voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks.

PRIVACY POLICY

Alpine Tutorials Ltd collects and processes the following personal information when you enrol: full name, email address, country of residence and how you heard about Alpine Tutorials.

This information is used to provide access to the Programme, communicate updates and improvements, send relevant course information and comply with legal obligations.

Your data is protected in accordance with UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access or disclosure. We may engage third party service providers to support Programme delivery who are obligated to maintain confidentiality. We retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected.

All skiing is undertaken entirely at your own risk. Alpine Tutorials Ltd accepts no liability whatsoever for any injury, accident or death arising from your participation in any skiing activity. If in doubt about your readiness for any challenge, do not attempt it.
